Blissweb was founded by Shaun Bliss. A
native of England. He has spent his life traveling, taking photos and
working in the Information Technology industry.
His technology experience includes
6 years in the computer centers of Barclays Bank in the UK, 3 years in Australia
working for BHP and Fujitsu, 6 years consulting work with database and Web /
Internet companies in Silicon Valley, California, USA, and 2 years building
Internet trading systems in Beijing, China.
Photography has always been another passion which began at
the age of around 8 under careful supervision from his father.
China became a major influence after being sent to Beijing
on business in 1997. From 2000 - 2003 he studied Mandarin, Chinese at
Beijing's University of Technology (Beijing Gong Ye Da Xue).
